Guided by the “China-ASEAN Technology Transfer Center” and the Association, the relationship between “Brunei Nana Agro Farm” and “Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences” started with online communication, and progressed to “signing of a memorandum of cooperation” and eventual formal cooperation agreement in September 2022. This marked the first ever cooperation between a private company in Brunei and the Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Scrences. In early April 2023, Nana Agro Farm technicians, led by Secretary-General Sim of the Association visited Nanning to discuss several key issues related to the farm. These include the master plan for the farm, capacity building and modern techniques for planting vegetable, melons and bean.
